Tigerzyme® Well Stimulation
Jumpstart Energy Services is actively developing well stimulation applications for Tigeryzme 22-E. This includes doing core flood studies, testing interfacial tension (IFT) and other properties that may improve oil mobility and recoverability. (See Test Data). A better understanding of how enzyme fluids release different types of oil in a variety of formations helps us select and optimize well treatments.
Jumpstart is focused on: 1) near wellbore treatments for marginal wells (or stripper wells) with good mechanical integrity; 2) wells with medium-to-lower API gravity oil; and 3) wells that show sharp sudden declines that may have near wellbore blockage. We are also interested in other types of applications such as waterfloods (slugged into formation), non-gel hydraulic fracs (staged addition) and cyclic steam (enzyme fluid as a precursor to steam). See all applications links in the left-side navigation.
Having good well information assists in screening candidates and designing treatments. We review the following (See Well Info Form):
- Well characteristics including type of formation, API gravity of oil, viscosity of crude and pour point, permeability, porosity, downhole temperature, formation pressure (including drive mechanism), etc.
- Payzone thickness or number of intervals open to production to determine the number of Tigerzyme 22-E drums to use. Typical dilution is 5-10% concentration of Tigerzyme.
- Production history of the well along with current BOPD, total fluid production and water cut, previous well stimulation methods, etc.
Tigerzyme 22-E offers operators an effective option to treat wells and boost production. Contact Us about your fields and wells.
